We are property developers and active property asset managers.
Over the last 5 years we have proven our ability of acquiring and enhancing underperforming assets and/or properties where further planning gain can be achieved.
To date we have acquired all our properties through utilising, our own equity and bank debt.
To date our portfolio of properties is valued at over £50m.
We are now focused on exponentially growing our portfolio of assets under management over the next five years.
We have a very clear investment criteria.
Specifically we are acquire and hold properties which satisfy the following criteria:
– Properties located within the Greater London region (zones 1-4)
– Existing properties which are either currently income producing and/or have the ability to generate income through minimal Capex investment
– Properties where value can be enhanced either through a change in planning use
– and/or optimising asset management processes.
– Lot sizes between £10m – £30m
